OUR COMMITMENT to your safety
These are challening and unusual times for all of us. Here at Quantum Plus+ we understand that the health of you and your loved ones must be the absolute priority – without exception. Of course, the very nature of our work means that we often need access to your property. So how do we make sure we can do this, while ensuring the safety of all?
OUR POLICY
All Quantum Plus+ engineers have been fully briefed on the current UK Government Guidelines on Safe Working Practices. We commit to reviewing these on a regular basis to ensure we remain up to date with all current advice.
- FULL PPE (hand sanitizer, gloves, masks) for all engineers
- Regular monitoring of all our engineers for potential symptoms
- Strict social distancing (2 metres)
- Regular hand-washing (20 seconds) throughout the day
- Use of suppliers and merchants that we consider COVID safe
- Preference for non cash payments

OUR ADVICE TO YOU
Of course, we must take the safety of our engineers seriously as well. With this in mind, we ask that you do not book an appointment with us if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive in the last 14 days. In this case, we will work with you to find an alternative arrangement.
- Please inform us if anyone in your house is 'vulnerable' or 'shielding'. In this case, we advise that they stay in a separate room for the duration of our engineers visit.
- Please try to ensure good ventilation in any rooms our engineers will need access to.
- Always try to ensure the 2 metre social distancing rule.
- Try to keep all internal doors open (to minimise contact with door handles)
- Ideally, all discussions should be held outside in a well ventilated area.
